We survived winter at the Rock! With the cold weather not so many people come into town but nonetheless we are very appreciative of our loyal customers who come in week after week no matter how low the temperature has dropped! We have still had many opportunities to share the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and also encourage, exhort, pray, teach the Word, share Gods love and bless people. The street evangelism on a Friday night is seeing a lot of good fruit and there are now many testimonies of God-encounters with people on the streets being blessed by our different teams of evangelists and we have seen salvations as well. Our exciting news for this month is that we will be starting up Vision College Hobart, coming under Vision College in Sydney, Australia. We will be running Cert 3 & 4 in theology and ministry starting late Sept/early Oct. We are blessed by the lovely team of volunteers that serve at the Rock and it's a privilege and blessing to serve the Lord together as we seek first the kingdom of God.

I am happy to see that you are currently enjoying your mission. Though the weather had been a huge challenge for the whole team, everyone was really passionate in terms of doing what was tasked to them. Actually I can feel that this wasn't a mere task for them. I can feel that they have dedicated so much of themselves that they see it as thing they love more than a responsibility, which is something that I like! By the way, thank you for all these updates!
