June has been particularly busy as we are in Hobart for 12 days straight during the time that a dark festival runs that is anti-Christ and very mocking of the Lord. There are always so many opportunities to share about Jesus, pray and warn people of the dangers of satanic music and pagan festivals etc.
We get 20-30 young people most Friday nights to youth, and more come in on the cold nights. We are building some great relationships with some of these young people. Some weeks we get a bit of a jam session happening as different musicians have a play and even have a go at some of our Christian music. Friends bring in their friends so there's always someone new there. One young guy has said he's my apprentice. He has his own evangicube and has taken some Love Hobart business cards and shared the Gospel with some of his friends- and he's not a Christian yet!
We are thankful to the Lord for His blessings, favour on the streets and provision to keep giving out Bibles, tracts, Action Bibles and food around Hobart. We are praying every day for all the seeds of the Gospel that have been sown in this city and look forward to the harvest coming in.
Below are a couple of photos of our after-church weekly dinner at a local Indian restaurant and a youth night recently where we celebrated the 60th birthday of one of our faithful and committed volunteers.
