How amazing is our God! We have been offered a venue in the heart of the Hobart CBD for starting Love Hobart!! What an amazing provision this is. We are now working on a written proposal of the hours of use etc. We are looking at starting small ( probably Friday afternoon and evening and Saturday evening). Once we have our proposal accepted we will then need to apply for various licences from the Hobart city council for operating Love Hobart as a cafe/coffee shop with live music and artists painting etc. Watch this space for more updates. So far we have support from people from Anglican, Lutheran, Baptist, Assemblies of God and other denominations. We had a successful evening at the 'Churches Together' and it has been very encouraging to hear from others who have been given a similar vision from the Lord for a Christian art/craft/coffee shop in the Hobart CBD. It has been a real blessing to meet with Christians from all walks of life and come together to pray for Love Hobart and God's will to be accomplished in this city.
