We closed the Rock for 3 weeks over summer and reopened 2 weeks ago. It's great to be back and be part of what the Lord is doing in Hobart. We had many opportunities last Friday and it was great to share the Gospel with different ones. The street evangelism has recommenced and with a visiting group of Ywamers from Melbourne last week we saw a lot of teams out on the streets with a lot of testimonies of lives touched. Even in the cafe we have people coming in who have been met on the streets Friday nights through the street evangelism and then come to find out more. What a blessing to be able to give hope as we share the Gospel message. We have been blessed by various financial provision this year which is of great encouragement to us a as this is a ministry of prayer and faith. It can be hard at times to walk by faith, but its also so encouraging when we see the Lord move for us. The Bible college starts up this week again with some new students joining and our planned Sunday meetings will start in March. This will be an extension of our outreach ministry as we preach the Gospel and love Hobart!

Sharing the Gospel message is one of the best things we can do to other people. It is true that there are some people who are not familiar with the words of God because they have not tried to listen nor read it. It is sad, but that is the reality that we need to face. There are indeed people who are not familiar with the Gospel that's why they do not know what to do with their own lives. Those are the people that we need to help. Leave a Reply. |
