So what has been happening at Love Hobart?
The street evangelism continues to be a source of great encouragement to us all. In recent times we have started taking out Bibles with us and each weekend we're giving out more and more. We are also finding there is a greater hunger in the people we talk to than there ever was before. Very often we also get to pray with people after we've shared the Gospel with them. We look forward to seeing the harvest come in.
On Sundays at our church meeting we are going through the book of Acts in a preaching series by Helen Devenish. There is a great emphasis in evangelism and being out with the people, and this is encouraging to all connected with Love Hobart as more and more our ministry is outside (no matter the weather).
In March we will be starting a weekly Pizza and Bible study night for young people and we are looking forward to this outreach event. We trust that this will be attended by those who do not yet know Jesus, and those who are keen to be discipled.It will be an opportunity for us to extend relationships with some of those we are meeting on the street evangelism.
We thank the Lord for His blessings, provision and protection and we continue to pray for more boldness as we go preach the Gospel to the lost.
